American Program Bureau is sharing Dr. Nick Morgan’s “10 New Ways to Reduce Performance Anxiety” in this week’s featured blog post.

Dr. Nick Morgan was preparing to tape another segment with CNN’s AC 360 before the Republican debate when he realized that the anticipation of filming was bringing on adrenaline and anxiety. After looking up ways to reduce anxiety, he put forth his own suggestions based on what new research is suggesting.

In his blog post, Dr. Morgan suggests amping up your empathy, being kind, taking kava (a root usually served as tea), rejecting your family history, ditching the Prozac, getting active, eating fermented foods, avoiding anxious people, eating prebiotic bacteria, and relaxing.
